News? Normally no. The idea that a predator would attack a human isn’t exactly abnormal. What makes this postworthy is she was in a game preserve where tourists can pay $50 to walk with several of the big cats, which are considered tame enough to be allowed contact with humans.
So… what… the lion was off it’s meds that day? I don’t know what’s more unbelievable: that they thought offering this “tour” was a good idea, or that people are actually willing to go. I mean maybe if I had one of those suits that dog trainers wear when they train K-9 dogs or something, maybe. But yeesh, walk unprotected amongst wild lions?
